Peter is a fitness professional with over 10 years of personal experience in and outside of the gym.

He has won the F45 Playoffs fitness competition 3 times and is the current champion, is an Active Escapes trainer, a gym owner and a former semi-professional soccer player.

Peter specialises in performance, and has worked with first time gym-goers all the way through to professional athletes to get the optimal results through training and nutrition.
Lara Gya
Lara is a nutritionist and specialises in body composition changes.

Her story is incredible - she went from being overweight and unhappy, to losing over 20kgs and winning multiple bikini bodybuilding competitions.

Lara believes that a planned diet, good nutrition and meal timing are some of the most important factors when it comes to losing weight & putting on muscle effectively.
