This is the personalised Strength Training Program designed to suit your fitness goals and objectives. We specialise in building strength, power and improving body composition all within a gym program.
Upon purchasing, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out. With this, we will be capturing as much information as we can about your goals, nutrition, current programs and routine to develop a program around that.
From there, we will design a weekly workout program for you, including training splits, rep ranges, exercises, tips, notes, sets etc. for you to follow through in your program.
We will be as detailed as we can with this, and we can cater to your schedule, i.e. if you can train 3 times a week vs. 6.
Once purchasing the program, you will also have access to Peter and Lara, along with the rest of the Lift by Day FitFam to ask questions, write feedback and get advice to help you along your journey!
