How do you develop the meal plans?

 

We want to deliver the best quality product that we can to help you along your fitness journey. 

 

Once you purchase a Lift by Day Personalised Meal Plan, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out in as much detail as possible around your training, current diet, your metrics (weight/height) and most importantly, your goals.

 

We use this information to implement a nutritional plan which is primarily focused around your macronutrients (protein, fats and carbs). We will assess your required intake to achieve your goals, then will formulate meals around this. 

 

Each meal will have a breakdown of the macronutrients you are consuming, plus your daily intake will be included. We will also breakdown your nutrition on your maintenance days for you to stay on track through your training week!

Do you offer support after we purchase a meal plan?

 

Yes, once you purchase a meal plan you join the Lift by Day FitFam, and you’re open to asking any questions you like along the journey. We will also check in with you to see how you’re tracking.

 

Note: if you require us to completely reassess and alter your meal plans after 8+ weeks, that will require the purchase of a new meal plan & we will go through the process of completely re-adjusting all meals to suit your changing needs. 

How long does it take to put my personalised meal plan together?

 

Please allow 3-5 business days after we get the questionnaire back before you receive the meal plan.

How long should I stay on the meal plan for?

 

We recommend sticking strictly to the meal plan for a minimum of 8 weeks and assessing throughout before making any changes. This gives the diet enough time to take effect and see the results from there.
